Description
By paying the stallholders fee, you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Al-Khair Foundation.
Al-Khair Foundation reserves the right to refuse any stallholders on the grounds that their products are not appropriate for the type of event we are holding. All goods must relate to Gaza and Palestine.
All stall bookings are received strictly on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Tickets for the dinner auction in the evening must be paid for separately this is not included in the stall fees.
Stall Hiring Fee
One six foot table will be provided – please note sizes may vary slightly
Table cloth and two chairs will be provided at each table
Please use the storage space under your table for storing your items
Setting Up
Stallholders will be able to set up at 8am for a start at 10am
Stallholders must have set up by 9.30am and no later. Late stallholders will be refused to set up and asked to leave – no refund will be applicable.
Spaces will be allocated to stallholders please check with organiser at the event where your space is before unpacking
Nothing can be put onto the walls, no glue, tacks or any other thing stallholders are advised to bring pop-up banners if they need to have something showing on the wall.
Stallholders attending the dinner in the evening and who have paid for tickets may pack up at 5.30pm otherwise all other stallholders may pack up between 6pm and 7pm.
Security & Health and Safety
Stallholders are responsible for their stall security and money. Al-Khair Foundation will take no responsibility for any theft, loss or damage to personal property or items for sale at your stall or within the vicinity of the event.
Stallholders are responisble for the safety and securing of their items on their stalls and vicinity. Al-Khair Foundation will not be responsible for stallholders activities during the event and all actions that may occur as a result of their activity.
Al-Khair Foundation will not be responsible for any transactions at the event
The stallholders agree to indemnify Al-Khair Foundation against all claims arising from negligence on the part of the stallholder or their helpers on the day.
The stallholders are responsible for the health and safety of their items and stalls during the event.
Waste removal
Stallholders are responsible for removal of all their goods from their stall area after the event has finished
Stallholders must take away all waste incurred once the event is over
Al-Khair Foundation will not be responsible for any items left behind at the end of the event and will dispose of all goods.
Please leave the stall area the way you found it
Cancellation
If a stallholder is unable to attend during the day the stallholder fee will be non-refundable. Cancellations two weeks by email before the event will be refundable.
